Judge Of Fact Penalty Process Streamlined
Karting (New South Wales) Incorporated has streamlined the application of Judge of Fact (JoF) penalties.
Previously the Judge of Fact penalty form included a section for the competitor (or competitor’s guardian) to sign stating they agree to the penalty being applied.
The Judge of Fact penalty form has been updated removing the section for the competitor (or competitor’s guardian) to sign. Instead, and similarly to most sports, the competitor (or competitor’s guardian) will be notified of the Penalty. There is no requirement for the competitor (or competitor’s guardian) to sign the form or admit to the breach.
The updated Judge of Fact penalty form can be found on the Karting NSW website here – https://www.kartingnsw.com.au/forms-policies/
