Karting New South Wales today released Version 5.0 of its Guidelines to Reduce Covid-19 (Cornonavirus) at KNSW Sanctioned Events in line with amended Public Health Orders that came into effect today.
Version 5.0 of the Guidelines increases the number of participants at a KNSW Sanctioned Event from 10 to 20 participants in NSW. It also includes a NSW Government CovidSAFE Plan Template for KNSW Clubs to adopt from 01 July 2020 when the sport opens to fuller competition.
The ACT Government intends to increase gatherings of up to no more than 50 participants on 20 June 2020.
At this stage, spectators will still not be permitted to attend KNSW Sanctioned Events until 01 July 2020.
KNSW will continue to partner with Sports NSW, NSW Office of Sport and ACT Sport & Recreation as additional information and guidelines are made available.
