DKS Senior Performance update

  • Aug 2
  • 1 min read

Under the series regulations for Dunlop Kart Stars, each class must have a minimum of 5 entries at each round to be eligible for Series awards and prizes.

Unfortunately, through this years series Senior Performance has struggled to attract the entries the other DKS classes have done so successfully. The last round at Eastern Creek, Senior Performance did not make the minimum 5 entries and was withdrawn from the event, this means the class will not be eligible for series awards or prizes in 2026.

We apologize to the competitors that have supported the series in this class, but this is the only course of action that can be taken.

With planning already underway for the 2027 series, KNSW is considering a change in specification for this class to run at "Light Weight". The remaining 2 rounds of the 2026 series will also run the class at "Light weight" to see if this is what the entrants want. Any points accumulated in Senior Performance will still be eligible for Teams Points.

Exploring Australian community threads, I noticed that the most convincing posts focused on usability rather than promotional banners. Players described whether navigation felt intuitive, if staff explained rules clearly, and whether the overall atmosphere matched expectations. In those conversations, cairns casino was repeatedly mentioned as a location where practical details were easy to understand. That kind of consistent, realistic feedback made it appear like a sensible option for visitors who value transparency.
